This episode features Lisa Bollin. Lisa is the founder, creator, and CEO of Cowgirl Tuff Company. Cowgirl Tuff is in its 20th year of operation and in that time has become a leader in the apparel industry. Lisa is the creator, designer, dreamer, and influencer within the company. She designs everything Cowgirl Tuff releases, and it is A LOT. Literally over a 1000 styles of jeans and many, many other items. She, along with her husband (who also plays a HUGE role in the company), have taken a hobby of creating custom clothing out of their garage and have turned it into an international power player in the apparel market. Jackie has had the pleasure of being on the Cowgirl Tuff Pro Team for about a decade now and has absolutely loved being involved with a company that empowers many hardworking woman. About 90% of Cowgirl Tuff’s corporate workforce is female.
Lisa also barrel races and has her own herd of barrel horses to manage. We talk about the horses that have defined her life and helped motivate her to become who she is today. We talk about her amazing rise to prominence in her industry with Cowgirl Tuff, B. Tuff, etc. We also discuss her goal setting and how she stays locked in mentally.
